The Madagascar Centella range from SKIN1004 has some of my all time favourite skincare products – I use the cleanser, toner and cream almost every day. So I was super excited to be able to try the new SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Probio-Cica Range.
Each of these products contains Centella Asiatica Extract (aka Cica) and Probio-Cica, which is fermented Centella Asiatica, which aims to soothe skin and repair the skin barrier.
SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Probio-Cica Essence Toner Review
The Madagascar Centella Probio-Cica Essence Toner is a moisturising toner that calms skin and keeps it hydrated. The Probio-Cica in this toner helps to strengthen the skin barrier and is suitable for sensitive skin.
The toner has an essence texture, which is more viscous than the original SKIN1004 Centella Toner. It still feels lightweight and sinks into my skin well. It keeps my skin smooth and hydrated.
SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Probio-Cica Intensive Ampoule Review
This nourishing ampoule moisturises and strengthens the skin barrier with a high concentration of fermented cica extract (probio-cica). It also contains panthenol, allantoin and betaine to hydrate, plump, and smooth skin.
It is a thicker, white ampoule with a viscous, slightly stringy texture. Despite the thickness, the Madagascar Centella Probio-Cica Intensive Ampoule sinks in really fast and isn’t sticky or greasy at all. My skin is instantly plumped, hydrated and smoother.
SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Probio-Cica Enrich Cream Review
A nourishing cream to soothe skin and balance oil and moisture levels. It repairs the skin barrier, helping to keep moisture in the skin. The Madagascar Centella Probio-Cica Enrich Cream is a great choice for dry and sensitive skin.
It has a thick and stringy texture, but it sinks into skin surprisingly well. It doesn’t make my skin look or feel greasy or shiny, so I could use it in the morning or evening. It hydrates and smoothes my skin well.
