Review: iUNIK Noni Light Oil Serum

iUNIK Noni Light Oil Serum [*The product mentioned was gifted in exchange for an honest review. All opinions shared are my own]

I recently had the opportunity to try out the iUNIK Noni Light Oil Serum. When I first decided to test an oil-based serum I was a bit worried as my skin doesn’t always get on well with oils.

As someone with combination/oily skin, oils are usually too much for my skin. They usually don’t sink in well and sit heavy on my face. In some cases, they cause more problems for me, as they can lead to breakouts from an excess of oil.

However, with the Noni Light Oil Serum, there was absolutely no need to worry. This product made me completely change the way I think about oils, and I’ve actually started incorporating more into my skincare routine now that I have discovered the ones that work for me.

Noni Light Oil Serum Product Ingredients

My Experience With iUNIK Noni Light Oil Serum

The Noni Light Oil Serum is milky and light in texture. As you apply it to your face, it almost immediately goes to a watery consistency, absorbing into the skin well.

Despite being an oil, it doesn’t feel oily or greasy at all when applied, so I can use it happily, even though I have an oily skin type. Unlike some serums, it also doesn’t leave a tacky feeling on the face, it is quick to sink in and leaves your skin feeling plump, hydrated and firmed.

I have a couple of fine lines around my forehead and I find that this helps to smooth them out a little too.

My Thoughts on Noni Light Oil Serum

I’m loving this serum a lot under my moisturiser at the moment, getting in a few extra layers of hydration during the winter, without being heavy or greasy on my skin.

This is meant to be particularly good for those suffering from dry skin due to being in indoor heated rooms a lot over the winter, which I imagine many of us are at the moment!

This oil would be good for all skin types – it can help to nourish dry skin, but also gives oily skin types the chance to get benefits from oils without the heaviness or greasiness!

I received this product around two months ago, and I am still using it almost daily in my skincare routine. I expect to continue using it in future and would definitely consider rebuying this.

If you have oily skin, let me know if you use oils in your skincare routine – if so what kind? Leave me a comment below, as I’m always looking for new products to try out!
