The Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser helps you get clearer, glowy skin by deeply cleansing and gently exfoliating. The cleanser comes with a pure cotton cloth which helps to gently exfoliate for smoother, brighter skin.

Liz Earle Instant Boost Skin Tonic
The Instant Boost Skin Tonic works absolute wonders for my skin – it’s honestly one of the best skincare products I’ve ever tried – and given I run a skincare blog, I have tried a lot!
The tonic is made with hydrating aloe vera; chamomile, cucumber and calendula to soothe and refresh; plus vitamin E, which is an antioxidant.
When I use it, my skin is instantly smoother and less oily, turning my skin into the perfect base for the following skincare steps and makeup. The tonic is light, gentle and refreshes my skin, providing great hydration without making it feel tight or look greasy or shiny.
Liz Earle Superskin Moisturiser
I have the unfragranced Superskin moisturiser, as I sometimes get sensitivity and redness from skincare, so I prefer products with the least amount of sensitivity triggers. It’s such a nourishing moisturiser that makes my skin smoother and plumper.
It contains pomegranate flower extract to firm skin, plus cranberry and rosehip oil to lock in moisture.
Liz Earle Skin Repair
The Skin Repair Cream is available in Light, Gel or Rich formulas, so you can choose the best one for your skin type. I have the Skin Repair gel cream formula, as I find this to be best for my oily skin type.
All three versions have the same core ingredients: borage oil to moisturise, avocado oil to smooth and soften, echinacea to soothe and hops to tone skin.
The light cream is best for normal/combination cream, and the rich cream is best for dry skin.

The Superskin Microdermabrasion Polish is both a chemical and physical exfoliant. It has AHAs from fruit enzymes to chemically exfoliate, as well as ultra-fine pumice to physically exfoliate. The polish is enriched with shea butter and rosehip oil to keep skin nourished and moisturised.

The Superskin Alt-Retinol Skin Paste is made with a plant-based alternative to retinol – bidens pilosa – which helps to smooth the appearance of wrinkles and lines.
